Ask us to remove your account
Email support@kmf-lab.com.

- Say which Google or Microsoft account you used (include the provider account ID if you know it). Note whether you linked providers on Account.
What happens next
We disable sign-in promptly. We keep your account ID and promo / cancel timestamps until a new free month would be allowed (6 months from the last promo start, and 5 months after any paid cancellation) so free-tier limits cannot be reset by deleting and signing in again. After that we delete those records (and any allowlist row) and any chosen email you confirmed on Account. We do not delete publisher corpus content. Brief operational logs may remain for a short window.
